5. Delivery Policy

We offer delivery services for our floral creations and plants. Delivery charges and estimated delivery times will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process. While we endeavor to meet all specified delivery times, Achelous Flowers cannot be held responsible for delays outside our control, such as adverse weather conditions or unforeseen traffic issues. Please ensure accurate recipient and delivery information is provided.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Our cancellation and refund policy varies depending on the type of service or product:

• Standard Orders (Cut Flowers, Plants): Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or collection time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a charge.
• Bespoke Arrangements & Event Floristry: Due to the customized nature and preparatory work involved, unique cancellation terms will be outlined in your specific service agreement.
• Perishable Goods: Due to the perishable nature of our products, complaints regarding quality or condition must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Refunds or replacements will be offered at our discretion.
